Terms of Use

1. Organisation and scope

This website is operated by Creative Resilience Foundation, an independent nonprofit organisation in Bulgaria, EIK 207966011, Manager: Deyan Minchev. Contact: achieve@creativeresilience.art, +359 887 776 124.

The website presents the foundation’s activities, mission, projects, partnership opportunities and resources for creative professionals. These terms apply to its use.

2. Project information

Initiatives described as planned or in preparation are not confirmed events. Periods, programmes, participants, venues and arrangements may change depending on funding and organisational agreements. Publication is not a ticket offer, guarantee of participation or promise of funding.

3. Use of materials

Texts, images, videos, logos and other materials belong to the foundation or their respective rights holders. Viewing them does not grant a licence for commercial use, republication or adaptation. Contact us for permission. Exceptions permitted by law remain applicable.

4. Acceptable conduct

Use the website lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website’s operation.

5. Enquiries and online resources

The contact form uses your email application. A message is sent when you confirm it in that application. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or partnership commitment.

Artist Bottleneck Check and articles are informational resources, not individual professional, legal or financial advice. An assessment result does not guarantee income, sales or career success.

6. Personal data

Personal data processing and cookie choices are described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Using the website does not itself consent to marketing messages or optional cookies.

7. External websites and donations

Links to external organisations are provided for information. Those organisations have their own terms and policies, for which the foundation is not responsible. Donations and sponsorship through Bali Children Foundation are managed directly by that organisation; Creative Resilience Foundation does not collect donations on its behalf.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors, changes and interruptions are possible. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Applicable law and changes

Bulgarian law applies, without removing mandatory rights under other applicable legislation. Disputes are determined by the competent court according to law. The current version of these terms is published here with its latest revision date.
