1. Data controller
The data controller is Creative Resilience Foundation, an independent nonprofit organisation in Bulgaria, EIK 207966011, Manager: Deyan Minchev. For questions and rights requests: achieve@creativeresilience.art, +359 887 776 124.
2. Data we process
For enquiries we process the name, organisation, email, phone number, subject and message you provide. The contact form opens your own email application; completing it does not itself send a message or save it on the website.
On the separate Artist Bottleneck Check pages, we process your email, answers, calculated profile, language and request to receive a result. Data may also include referral sources, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, timestamps and consent version. Do not enter sensitive personal data in free-text fields.
Hosting and technical providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information and technical requests to deliver and secure the website. With permission for analytics or advertising technologies, visited pages, interactions and campaign data are also processed.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to respond to enquiries, discuss partnerships, deliver a requested assessment result and protect the website. Applicable bases include steps at your request before a contract, legitimate interests in correspondence and security, and legal obligations where applicable.
Optional marketing messages and analytics and advertising cookies rely on consent. Requesting an assessment result does not automatically consent to additional marketing emails. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. Providers and recipients
We use hosting, technical maintenance and email providers. MailerLite supports delivery of requested assessment results and subscription messages. Depending on your cookie choices, we use Google Analytics 4 for statistics, Google Ads for campaign measurement and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. External websites, including Bali Children Foundation, process data under their own policies; we do not administer their donations.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers must rely on an adequacy decision or other permitted safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. You can request information about relevant providers and safeguards using our contact email.
6. Retention and security
We retain correspondence while needed for the enquiry, partnership or applicable legal obligation. Subscription data is processed until unsubscribe or until its purpose ends; minimal records may be retained to demonstrate consent or honour a request not to receive messages.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us for information about a specific record or retention period.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to withdraw consent. Contact achieve@creativeresilience.art. We may request reasonable proof of identity when needed.
You may complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection or the competent supervisory authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The website saves your cookie preference locally in your browser to remember it on later visits. This is a necessary preference and not a marketing subscription.
Google Analytics technologies and Google Ads and Meta Pixel advertising technologies load only after permission for the relevant category. Core pages, projects and contact information remain available if you decline.
Change or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. The page reloads when your choice changes to apply the new preference. Previously created third-party cookies may also need to be deleted in your browser settings.
9. Changes and contact
We update this page and its date when our activities or data processing change. For questions: achieve@creativeresilience.art.
